Party Agenda
Book Your Date - Within 10 days of booking your party, you must bring in a $50.00 deposit (Cash, Check, or Credit Cards accepted-Visa, MC, or Discover) to hold your special date. Invitations and an agenda, provided by Arlington Lanes, will be given out at that time. An ATM machine is located in our center for your convenience.
Confirm the Big Day - Please confirm the size of the party at least 3 days before the exciting event. There is a minimum attendance policy of 10 children. Let us know how many adults will be attending as well.
Arrive at Arlington Lanes - It is very important to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. When you arrive, please go directly to the front bowl desk to check in and receive your lane assignment. They will direct you from there, to your party room. The birthday child's table will have his or her name on it. Have a list of guest names ready in order to save time in entering them on our computerized scoring monitors. Your lanes (minimum 5 children/ lane) will be turned on at the approximate time, so be ready to bowl! We allow one hour of bowling followed by one hour in the party room.
Have Fun & Bowl! - Please try to keep the party on a fun-filled pace and allow the children no more than 1 hour to bowl. For safety reasons, only 1 child at a time (per lane) should be on the approach. All children and adults must stay behind the foul line, as the lanes are oiled and very slippery. We advise that there is at least one adult per pair of lanes to assist in watching and/or helping the children.
Party Room
After Bowling or Billiards - One of our party room attendants will have your tables ready for you to enjoy your pizza, followed by the birthday cake and opening of the presents. Should you care to order extra food from our menu, inform your party room attendant when you arrive or while you are bowling. Your bill will be adjusted accordingly. Our attendants are here to assist your party. No outside food, snacks, or drinks allowed!
Table Arrangements - Each party will have a minimum of 3 tables (based on 10 children). Additional guest tables for adults will be set-up in advance at a fee of $12.00/ table (i.e. 20 add'l. adults = 2 tables). Please let us know in advance if additional tables are needed. We will try to accommodate your party as efficiently and quickly as we can.
Cake & Stuff - When you bring in your cake, Arlington Lanes will furnish the paper goods and utensils needed. PLEASE NO ICE CREAM CAKES. Parents are asked to cut and serve the birthday cake. Try to keep it simple and clean. THANKS!
